Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality training sessions on

Quantitative, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Aptitude

modules. Design, update, and improve course materials, practice sets, and mock tests. Conduct individual and group sessions to enhance students' problem-solving speed and accuracy. Research current patterns of

competitive and entrance exams

. Track student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Maintain an engaging and supportive classroom environment to encourage active learning. Collaborate with academic teams to align training outcomes with institutional goals.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent fluency in

spoken and written English

. Strong command over

quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability

. Research-oriented mindset with the ability to design data-driven learning content. Good presentation, communication, and classroom management skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools and digital teaching platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (preferably Mathematics, Statistics, English, or Engineering). Minimum

1-3 years of experience

as an aptitude trainer or academic mentor. Experience in training for Competitive exams.
