Role Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and energetic Aptitude Trainer to train students for competitive exams. The trainer will be responsible for teaching Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Problem-Solving techniques effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach

Quantitative Aptitude

and

Logical Reasoning

topics to students. Prepare and deliver well-structured classes based on exam patterns. Create practice questions, worksheets, and mock tests. Clarify students' doubts and provide individual support when required. Track student performance and give feedback. Stay updated with the latest patterns of Bank, SSC, TNPSC, and other competitive exams. Maintain class discipline and ensure effective learning.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of

Aptitude

and

Reasoning

concepts. Good communication and classroom management skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts. Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Prior teaching or training experience (preferred).

Qualification:

Any Degree (Mathematics background preferred but not mandatory). Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
