Job Summary:

The BFSI Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact training programs related to Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domains. The role involves equipping learners with the necessary product knowledge, process understanding, regulatory compliance awareness, and customer handling skills required to succeed in the BFSI industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions on BFSI concepts, products, and services (e.g., banking operations, loans, insurance, mutual funds, investment products, etc.). Develop and update training content, modules, assessments, and case studies based on industry standards and client requirements. Evaluate learner performance through tests, role-plays, and practical exercises.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

banking operations, retail & corporate banking, insurance products, and financial markets

. Excellent

communication, presentation, and facilitation

skills. Ability to simplify complex BFSI concepts for diverse learner groups. Proficiency in

MS Office, LMS tools, and virtual training platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.)

. Strong interpersonal skills and learner engagement techniques.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Certifications such as

NISM, NCFM, IRDA, AMFI, or equivalent

will be an added advantage.

Experience Required:

Minimum

2-5 years

of experience as a Trainer in BFSI or related domains. Experience in

corporate training / academic delivery / skill development programs

preferred.

Pay: ?1,000.00 - ?1,500.00 per day
