Assessment & Feedback:
Conduct periodic assessments and mock tests to evaluate student progress and provide continuous feedback for improvement.
Student Engagement:
Motivate and mentor students, helping them develop their skills and reach their potential for exams and placements.
Curriculum Alignment:
Collaborate with institutions and industry partners to align training content with current trends in competitive exams and campus recruitment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Subject Matter Expertise:
Strong command over quantitative subjects, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and problem-solving techniques.
Pedagogical Skills:
Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and simplify them for students with varying backgrounds.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication skills to engage students and provide constructive feedback effectively.
Analytical Skills:

Experience:
