Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Aptitude Trainer to prepare students for bank exams, SSC exams, RRB, and other competitive exams. The trainer will develop students' problem-solving abilities and ensure they are well-prepared for the quantitative and reasoning sections.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and online sessions for quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and data interpretation.
Prepare study material, practice questions, and mock tests.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Develop strategies and tips for time management during exams.
Motivate students and maintain a positive learning environment.
Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and syllabus.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of aptitude, reasoning, and quantitative skills.
Experience teaching competitive exams is preferred.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and the ability to handle students with varying skill levels.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in aptitude or competitive exams.
Familiarity with exam patterns like IBPS, SSC, RRB, etc.
