Job Role & Responsibilities:

Teach

Quantitative Aptitude

and

Reasoning Ability

for Bank exams (IBPS, SBI, RBI, RRB, etc.). Prepare and deliver

concept-based classes

,

shortcut methods

, and

exam-oriented practice sessions

. Conduct

mock tests

, evaluate student performance, and provide feedback. Create

study materials

,

question papers

, and

practice worksheets

. Clarify students' doubts and ensure conceptual understanding. Track students' progress and guide them for exam strategies. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and high teaching standards. Support academic team in updating syllabus, content, and test series.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of

Aptitude (Quant)

and

Reasoning

topics. Ability to teach

shortcuts, tricks, and time-saving methods

. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to handle classroom and online teaching. Problem-solving skills and student-handling ability.

Eligibility:

Any graduate (Mathematics background preferred but not mandatory). Prior teaching experience in Bank/SSC coaching institutes is an added advantage. Candidates who have cleared

Bank Prelims/Mains

preferred.

Salary:

Based on experience and performance.
