Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and research-driven professional to analyze company recruitment patterns and create high-quality, company-specific aptitude content for student placement preparation. The role focuses on sourcing authentic materials, developing original aptitude content, and building structured resources aligned with company-specific hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities (Content Focus):
Process & Blueprint Creation:
? Research and analyze the aptitude sections of company recruitment processes.
? Create detailed blueprints of aptitude topics (Quantitative, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability) and their weightage in company assessments.
Content Development:
? Source original company aptitude question papers and collect first-hand interview/test experiences.
? Create original company-specific aptitude questions (Quant, LR, Verbal, Puzzles, DI, etc.) based on identified subtopics.
? Develop structured practice tests, mock assessments, and comprehensive aptitude content modules.
? Ensure content is accurate, original, and aligned with real-world company recruitment requirements.
Student & Market Insights:
? Engage with students to understand aptitude-related exam challenges and company expectations.
? Gather insights on changing hiring patterns to keep content updated and relevant.
Outcome Orientation:
? Deliver content that measurably improves student performance in company-specific aptitude assessments.
? Continuously refine and update content based on student feedback and evolving industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Engineering graduates Preferred .
? Strong knowledge in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
? Proven ability to create original aptitude questions tailored for company-specific recruitment.
? Strong research skills to analyze exam patterns and aptitude sections of company tests.
? Communication ability in both English & Tamil preferred as they will be working with cross functional teams.
? Attention to detail, accuracy, and originality in content creation.
Preferred Qualities:
? Experience in sourcing and analyzing authentic aptitude test materials.
? Prior exposure to campus placement processes in colleges/universities or training institutes.
? Freshers with strong aptitude skills and bilingual communication (English + Tamil) are welcome.
