Position : Soft Skills and Verbal Trainer

Must be strong in Grammar and should have good Communication Skills. Creating and developing appropriate learning materials for Soft Skills and Verbal ability like presentations, handouts and Assignments. Defining appropriate learning methodologies and approaches, content and evaluation strategy Updating training materials based on the needs in the Students group Assessing the strengths and weaknesses of Students to create specialized training for them Motivating and encouraging the Students to improve their performance Providing post-training support to all Students Summarizing learning outcomes and creating reports to show the learning outcomes to the Corporate Team.
