Role-Apriso MES - Developer

Description:
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
6 10 years of professional experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Strong expertise in ISA-95 standards for MES architecture and design.
Proven experience in 2 3 full lifecycle MES implementations using DELMIA Apriso, including tools such as Process Builder, Desktop Client, and Global Process Manager.
Hands-on experience across multiple Apriso modules: Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Time & Labor.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, and C# for front-end and back-end development.
Solid command of SQL, with experience in databases such as SSMS and Oracle.
Skilled in troubleshooting, including debugging and analyzing various system logs.
Well-versed in out-of-the-box tables and business components provided by Apriso.
Strong capability in report development using SSRS or Apriso Dashboard Builder.
Capable of working independently, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledgeable about industry 4.0, digital supply networks, automation technologies, and market trends
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations and documentation (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, exercising mature judgment
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
Practical experience with Delmia Ortems for advanced planning and scheduling.
Hands-on experience with machine integration and business integration within Apriso.
Experience in Apriso installation, configuration, and system upgrades.
Drive growth and development of Deloitte's MES offering
Conduct workshops for requirements, data model, and configuration validation
Identify business needs, design, prototype, test, train, and support implementations
Develop MES solutions and manage project delivery
Support sales and project teams throughout deployment
Lead customer design sessions and document solutions
Provide market-driven product requirements internally
Help clients transform business models with digital technologies
Collaborate with stakeholders for AS-IS study and TO-BE design
Provide technical workarounds for solution gaps
Education:
BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Tech degree or equivalent from accredited university
