Be present at customer sites for the first 15 days after machine installation.
Support customers in operating and understanding the coffee machine functions.
Monitor machine performance and report any technical issues to the service/R&D team.
Assist in basic troubleshooting and ensure customer satisfaction.
Gather feedback and communicate insights to the internal team for continuous improvement.
Maintain proper documentation of site visits and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in any field.
Diploma / ITI / Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics preferred).
Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical systems.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and stay at customer locations during the support period.
