About the Role

This apprenticeship program is designed for

Civil Engineering freshers

who are keen to build a strong foundation in

real estate and construction projects

. Apprentices will get

hands-on exposure across multiple functions

and learn end-to-end project execution under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Note: This is a learning-focused role. There is no specific designation, as candidates will be trained across different areas.

Compensation: 25,000 per month

Key Learning & Exposure Areas:

Site execution and day-to-day construction activities Basic planning & coordination with site engineers Understanding drawings (structural, architectural & services) Quality control & safety practices at site Material management and site documentation Vendor & contractor coordination (basic exposure) Progress reporting and site measurements Exposure to residential / commercial real estate projects
