About the Role

Provide first-line support for desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Assist with troubleshooting software, hardware, and network connectivity issues. Log, track, and resolve support tickets through the IT service desk system. Set up and configure new user accounts, devices, and applications. Help with installing, configuring, and upgrading desktop hardware and software. Maintain documentation related to IT processes, equipment, and user guides.

What You Need

A degree or coursework in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A strong interest in IT and eagerness to learn and grow. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with computer hardware and software. Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of Asset Management concepts is a plus.
