We are looking for Apprentice Trainees for our state-of-the-art Sanand Manufacturing Plant. Trainees will go through one year of planned training schedule and during this period will be trained in various aspects of Heavy Manufacturing operations and processes. Should be able to Operate and Run Critical Machines at shop.

Role Summary/Purpose:

Qualification Required:

Diploma (Mechanical)

Freshers (2025 pass out)

(Female Candidates will be preferred)

Essential Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): - Co-lead process/quality improvement projects for operational excellence - Support in product qualification package - Opportunity to learn and execute Lean Six Sigma tools and make positive impact to the business - Conducting data collection and learn to apply data-driven analytical approach to problem solving - Exposure to Power generation repair workshop machinery & operating technologies. Operating and Running Critical Machines at shop. Working at shop is mandatory.
