We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive (Fresher) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in recruitment processes. This role will involve assisting in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding activities.

Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals. Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring panels, ensuring smooth communication. Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and reports. Support the offer and onboarding process, ensuring timely follow-up with selected candidates. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and confidentiality of candidate information.
