Job Title: Apprentice (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Department: Talent Acquisition

Working hours: 12 - 9pm / 2 - 11pm IST | 5 days working from office

Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Apprentice to join our Talent Acquisition team. This apprenticeship role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment. The Apprentice will support the recruitment process, assist in sourcing candidates, and contribute to various talent acquisition projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, internal databases, and referrals. Help create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process. Support with maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with the preparation of offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment-related documents. Assist with tracking recruitment metrics and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). Support with maintaining and updating the talent pipeline and recruitment databases to ensure accurate and current information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Basic understanding of recruitment processes and ATS (preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Education & Experience:

Fresh graduates from colleges in 2025, and 2026 are welcome to apply. Any prior exposure/training in the Talent Acquisition field will be considered an advantage.
