About the Role:
Grade Level (for internal use): 05
Job Summary: As an Apprentice Scrum Master based in Ahmedabad, you will join a dynamic Agile team within Cloud Engineering and Shared Services, supporting projects from inception to delivery. This role offers the opportunity to drive Agile maturity, facilitate collaboration between business and technology, and help teams achieve their objectives. You'll be guided by experienced mentors, gain hands-on experience in Agile and Scrum practices, and play a key role in fostering team alignment and productivity.
The Team:
We work in a scrum / Agile framework. Individual will join one of the many agile teams from "Cloud engineering and Shared Services" that are located across our offices. Scrum/agile teams are mostly domain focused, and they deliver work as per the organization's priority.
The Impact: The Scrum Master on the team has a shared responsibility to ensure that the team is aligned to both its team and program objectives and is making progress towards delivering them. The Scrum Master facilitates discussions between the business and the technology team members, and coaches the Scrum team in Scrum practices.

• Remove impediments and improve productivity.
• Escalate risks and issues when necessary.
• Maintain transparency and communication.

Duration: 12 months
What We're Looking For:
Basic Qualifications

• Fresher only - B.Tech/B.E or M.Tech/M.E CSE / IT OR MCA OR M.Sc IT (Passing year 2024 or 2025 only).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Understanding of Cloud concepts (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
• Relational databases and SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of coding, programming, and management principles.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data for decision-making.
• Adaptability to work in an office environment.
