Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Apprentice to join our Project Management team. This position offers a structured learning pathway for individuals looking to build a career in building services engineering while gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior MEP technicians and engineers with installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Learn to perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing infrastructure
• Help troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues in commercial buildings
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and parts used
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Attend required technical training courses and complete related coursework
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements

Requirements

• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in various environments and conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Enrollment in or completion of a technical school program related to HVAC, electrical, or plumbing
• Basic knowledge of building management systems
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Understanding of building codes and regulations
