Job Title: Apprentice - Logistics Trainee (Fresher)- Chennai
We are looking for enthusiastic Logistics Trainees to join our team and support smooth warehouse and CFA operations. The role offers exposure to end-to-end logistics and supply chain activities with hands-on learning opportunities.
Work Location: Red Hills to Avadi Road, Ellaiammanpettai, Lakshmipuram, Pammadhukulam Village, Red Hills, Chennai - 600052, Tamilnadu
Experience: Fresher Only
Qualification: Diploma, Graduate (Any Stream)
Salary (Stipend): ₹14,000
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Day Week Off)
Shift: General Shift
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily warehouse operations, including:
Dispatches (GT, MT, STO)
Vehicle planning and scheduling
Bin card maintenance and stock documentation
Oversee disposal process in line with company norms
Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure seamless order execution
Ensure adherence to Quality and Safety standards in CFA operations
Support Salt Packing operations and ensure process compliance
Assist in preventive maintenance activities within the warehouse
Requirements

• No prior work experience required

• Physically fit for production or warehouse work

• Interest in learning operations, quality, and supply chain functions
