We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our Drainage & Land Development team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on infrastructure projects across sectors such as transportation, energy, and defence. You'll be part of a collaborative team delivering safe, sustainable, and technically sound engineering solutions.

Your role

Assist in preparing basic designs, preparing engineering drawings and documentation. Support the team in reviewing design standards and codes. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with engineers across disciplines. Learn and apply engineering principles to real-world problems. Help with data collection, analysis, and reporting tasks. Contribute to maintaining quality standards in project work.

About you

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Basic understanding of civil engineering concepts. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Desirable Requirements:*
+ Exposure to AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
+ Interest in drainage design or infrastructure projects.
+ Awareness of UK design standards (training will be provided).
+ Curiosity about digital tools and engineering software.
