Major Duties :+ Attending classroom, e-learning and SME training as per the schedule

Participating in group discussions and classroom activities Demonstration on skills Making presentation on the concept learnt Executes test cases as part of product development and client implementations Assisting the production team on day to day production Assists with system set-up and testing. Execute testing of new system functionality and regression testing of complex proprietary software Clearly document bugs to be reported to technology vender with full support describing the issue Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved


ACCOUNTABILITIES



Apprentices are required to comply with the regulatory regime in which Northern Trust operates as appropriate to the above role Apprentices are expected to exercise due care and diligence, ensuring the areas, the incumbent is responsible for, are organized and controlled Apprentices are required to observe proper standards of market, business and personal conduct, demonstrating integrity in the execution of duties Reports to TL/ Section Manager


Knowledge :o Apprentices will share our values i.e. focus on customer service, want to expand their knowledge and always act with integrity. They should have an interest in financial services, a willingness to learn, as well as being organized and able to prioritize time.

Communication should be excellent Shift Timings - Afternoon / EMEA
Candidate should be from finance background ( BSC - Computer Science, BCA)
Should have basic knowledge on finance and investment banking.
Should have understanding of SDLC lifecycle.
Understanding of Agile processes & related Quality lifecycle & automation methodology.
