Job Responsibilities
Support Control-M self-service tasks like reviewing workspace and building workloads/jobs in the Control-M environment as per requirement.
Troubleshooting issues, incident response
Work on small projects to create, modify workload.
Provide weekly and weekend support for planned unplanned activities.
Assist senior members on continuous improvement initiatives
User management and access provisioning
Support Audit requirements and any monthly/quarterly and year-end activities
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
0 to 2 years IT experience
Skills:

Technical skills
Awareness of IT infra support L2/L3, especially workload Automation/job scheduling, platform support etc.
Unix shell and SQL Knowledge (basic to intermediate)
Exposure to cloud - Azure, AWS
Python - familiarity with scripting and automation tasks
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Preferred experience
Exposure to IT support concepts.
* Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow.
