How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

What We're Looking For Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Project Management, Analytics, or a related field. Genuine interest in project management, operations, and strategy within a large, global organization. Strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on building strong working relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar platforms. A curious, proactive mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact as part of the American Express team.
