Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in cleaning guest rooms, corridors, and public areas as per hotel standards. Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies in rooms and service areas. Learn and follow proper cleaning procedures, chemical usage, and safety guidelines. Support room attendants and housekeeping staff in daily operations. Report maintenance issues or guest room discrepancies to the supervisor. Help in organizing and maintaining housekeeping carts, storage areas, and equipment. Ensure guest requests and complaints are handled promptly and courteously. Participate in on-the-job training to understand all housekeeping processes. Maintain personal grooming and hygiene in line with hotel standards.
