Apprenticeship Overview: This 12-month apprenticeship program offers a unique opportunity for a bright and motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in finance. You will work alongside experienced finance professionals, learning essential skills and contributing to real-world financial projects. Role & responsibilities :

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual bank reconciliations for all partner banks
• Prepare and share accurate and timely reports to meet partner bank requirements.
• Stay up-to-date on current financial trends and best practices.
• Learn and adhere to company financial processes and procedures.
• Assist with collecting and analyzing financial data for reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree/MBA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new things quickly and adapt to changing tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or equivalent spreadsheet software is highly advantageous.
