Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up and clearing restaurant tables, buffets, and banquet setups as per hotel standards.
Welcome guests warmly and assist in seating arrangements.
Serve food and beverages courteously and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, service counters, and dining spaces.
Support senior team members during service hours and learn standard service procedures.
Ensure proper handling of glassware, crockery, and cutlery.
Refill water, condiments, and other supplies as needed.
Learn and follow hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety regulations.
Assist in billing procedures and coordination with the cashier (if required).
Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
