Join our dynamic team as an Apprentice - F&B Service in Mysuru, India! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to kickstart their career in the exciting world of food and beverage service. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional restaurant setting while developing essential skills in customer service and hospitality.
Assist in setting up the restaurant, buffet, and tables according to service standards
Help serve food and beverages to guests under supervision
Greet and escort guests to their tables, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome
Take basic orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar
Support in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area
Assist in preparing mise-en-place, including cutlery, glassware, and condiments
Participate in banquet setup, coffee breaks, and event service operations
Learn and apply the sequence of service and brand standard operating procedures
Support room service operations, including tray setup, delivery, and clearance
Maintain proper hygiene and safety standards in all service areas

Good communication skills in English and local languages
Basic understanding of food and beverage service operations
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and organization
Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules, including weekends and holidays
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry serving trays
Basic math skills for handling bills and payments
