Join our dynamic team as an Apprentice in Food & Beverage Service at our esteemed establishment in Mysuru, India! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to kickstart their career in the hospitality industry. This apprenticeship program offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow while providing exceptional service to our guests.
Assist in providing courteous, professional, and efficient service to guests, adhering to our company standards
Rotate through different sub-departments within the Food & Beverage division to gain diverse experience
Learn and perform opening and closing procedures for assigned work areas
Develop a thorough understanding of our menu items, including food and beverage combinations
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace and surrounding areas
Assist in monitoring operating supplies and reducing spoilage and waste
Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary
Support the team in various operational tasks as assigned
Participate in training sessions and actively seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Friendly and customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and organization
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage is a plus
