We're looking for an enthusiastic and curious apprentice to join our engineering team and work on real-world

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

and

Machine Learning (ML)

projects. In this role, you'll support the development of smart systems that can understand, respond, and make decisions -- helping us push the boundaries of Generative AI.

What You'll Work On:

Improving how large language models (like ChatGPT) generate accurate and useful responses Building smart agents that can think through and solve multi-step problems Helping make AI safer by testing its limits and spotting biases or issues Supporting systems that search and understand information better (not just by keywords) Learning how to fine-tune and optimize AI models for specific use cases

What We're Looking For:

Graduate degree in

BTech/BE in Computer Science Engineering, AI/ML

or a related field (required) Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (coursework or projects is fine!) Interest in working with tools like LLMs, embeddings, vector search, or model fine-tuning Good problem-solving and communication skills Willingness to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-moving tech space

Nice to Have:

Experience with Python or ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) Exposure to prompt engineering or evaluating AI responses Any personal or academic project related to AI, ML, or data
