Role: Apprentice, Client Operations

Tenure: 12 months
Schedule: APAC/EMEA/US Shift (5 days a week)
Work Location: Ahmedabad, India (Expected to follow Hybrid Work Setup i.e. Anchor-Flex days)
The Team: Our team supports S&P Global team members in our Client Services organization by managing and improving tools and applications they use to support our clients. This team works with employees around the globe and at all levels, providing a unique opportunity to get exposure to all areas of the business.
The Impact: The Apprentice will be responsible for the accuracy and usability of the tools and applications we manage including our phone system, chat software, chatbot software, and other channels we use to support our clients. The associate will work alongside a senior team of specialists and collaborate with many internal teams on enhancements and product testing.
