Position OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic Civil and Interior Apprentice to join our Project and Development Services team. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop skills across both civil engineering and interior design disciplines while working on diverse commercial real estate projects under the guidance of industry professionals.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist project managers and senior technicians with civil works and interior fit-out projects

Support the preparation of drawings, specifications, and design documents

Help conduct site surveys and inspections for ongoing projects

Learn to interpret architectural and engineering plans

Assist with material selection, space planning, and finish schedules

Support quality control processes and compliance with building codes

Document project progress through notes, photographs, and reports

Participate in client and team meetings as required

Learn project management tools and software applications

RequirementsBasic understanding of construction principles and interior design concepts

Strong mathematical and spatial reasoning skills

Proficiency with basic computer applications

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality

Willingness to work in both office and construction site environments

Preferred QualificationsEnrollment in or completion of courses in civil engineering or construction management

Basic knowledge of CAD software

Understanding of sustainable building practices

Familiarity with construction materials and methods
