Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesLearning & Training



Learn preparation techniques for mandi rice, parotta, alfaham, shawaya. Observe and practice marination, grilling, roasting, and dough preparation under supervision. Understand portioning, plating, and food presentation.

Kitchen Assistance



Assist chefs with cutting, cleaning, and mise-en-place. Help prepare marinades, sauces, and basic spice mixes. Support with dough rolling, parotta shaping, and rice preparation.

Hygiene & Safety



Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times. Keep workstations clean and organized. Wash and maintain kitchen tools and equipment properly.

Requirements



Passion for cooking and eagerness to learn. No prior experience required (training will be given). Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Ability to take instructions and work in a team.

Growth Opportunity



Training in Arabic & South Indian cuisines. Potential to move up to

Commis Chef

role after successful apprenticeship. Hands-on experience with professional kitchen equipment.
