Key Responsibilities
Prepare
Western-style salads
(green salads, grain bowls, protein salads, cold pasta salads, etc.)
Wash, cut, and prep fresh vegetables, fruits, and proteins
Prepare basic
dressings, vinaigrettes, and sauces
Assemble and plate salads with consistency and neat presentation
Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes
Maintain strict
hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
standards
Manage ingredient freshness, storage, and waste control
Assist in basic kitchen organization and cleaning
Required Skills & Qualities
Basic kitchen and knife-handling skills
Interest in
healthy eating and Western salad preparations
Eye for cleanliness and presentation
Willingness to learn recipes, dressings, and plating techniques
Ability to work efficiently and stay organized
Punctual, disciplined, and hygiene-focused
Experience & Education
Freshers welcome
Prior experience with salads, cafes, or home kitchens is a plus
