Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes (pastas, salads, sandwiches, sauces, etc.).
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Plan daily menu items based on stock availability and customer demand.
Assist in inventory control and ensure timely requisition of ingredients.
Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, hygienic, and well-organized.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
Monitor portion control to minimize wastage.
Train and guide kitchen assistants or junior staff.
Coordinate with the store manager for display, packaging, and customer service in the retail counter.
Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any maintenance needs.
