Candidates with no prior experience as Apprentice can only apply for the role
S&P Global is looking to hire young fresh B.E/B.Tech graduates, specifically 2024 and 2025 pass-outs, for a 12-month apprenticeship program.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
System Design: Assist in the design and development of business systems and applications, ensuring they meet user requirements and align with best practices.
Agile Methodology: Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, contributing to the continuous improvement of our agile delivery process.
Lean Principles: Apply lean principles to optimize processes, reduce waste, and deliver value to our customers.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user stories, and test cases.
Testing and Validation: Conduct system testing and validation to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to use new systems and processes effectively.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Looking for candidates that have done work / research in GenAI
Experience: Previous experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related role is preferred but not required.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements management.
Agile and Lean: Understanding of agile delivery methods and lean principles, with a willingness to learn and apply these methodologies.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must not be already registered on the NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) portal as apprentices
