Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with Daily Accounting Tasks: Help maintain and update financial records, including general
ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately input financial data into our accounting software and
assist in maintaining organized records of transactions.
Support in Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports, ensuring accuracy
and timeliness.
Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions to develop proficiency in accounting
software and other financial tools used by the team.
Communication: Assist in drafting basic communication with clients, under the guidance of senior
team members.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving efficiency in day-to-day accounting tasks
and contribute to process documentation.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field. Experience: No prior work experience required. Internship experience or exposure to accounting
principles during studies would be beneficial.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of accounting principles. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and
other office applications.
