confident, proactive, and persuasive Appointment Setter
-- someone who knows how to spark conversations, build trust fast, and book quality calls that actually convert.
What You'll Do:
Conduct engaging outbound calls with potential leads -- building instant rapport and curiosity.
Qualify prospects through insightful questions to ensure they're a great fit for our programs.
Schedule appointments for our strategy team and ensure smooth communication flow.
Follow up with warm leads via WhatsApp, email, or CRM to maximize conversion potential.
Maintain clean, organized lead records and track progress across our sales pipeline.
Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to refine scripts, pitches, and outreach angles.
How You'll Be Measured:
Call-to-appointment conversion rate
Show-up rate for booked calls
Consistency in follow-ups and lead nurturing
CRM hygiene and accuracy
What You Bring to the Table:
Fluent and confident English (spoken + written) -- you should loveconversations.
Prior experience in
cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
Basic knowledge of email and CRM tools (Google Sheets, Notion, HubSpot, etc.).
High energy, positivity, and a naturally persuasive personality.
