remote appointment setter

to work with AUSTRALIAN CLIENTS.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals skilled in

cold calling

lead generation

B2C appointment setting

, who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are flexible with early working hours (between 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM IST).

Key Responsibilities:



Make

outbound B2C cold calls

to warm and cold leads to schedule appointments with senior leadership. Qualify leads by understanding their real estate needs and readiness to buy or invest. Set up high-quality

sales meetings

for the senior team. Explain key property features and benefits in a clear, confident manner. Use CRM systems to log activities and manage lead pipelines. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain communication throughout the lead lifecycle.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in any field.

Minimum 1.5 years of experience

in outbound sales,

telecalling

, or

appointment setting

. Must have experience in

real estate

,

property sales

, or similar verticals. Knowledge of

Australian suburbs, cities, and abbreviations

is a plus. Familiarity with tools like

CRM systems

Google Workspace

, or

Salesforce

. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle pressure. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding
