Role Overview:

We're seeking a confident and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our Vasai team. Your role will focus on calling Australian businesses to schedule appointments for our sales consultants to discuss digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to Australian businesses during their business hours Introduce and explain our digital services: Website Development, SEO, PPC, and Facebook Marketing Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduled meetings Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments or reschedule as needed

Requirements:

Excellent spoken English and communication skills Prior experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting preferred Familiarity with CRM tools and call scripts Availability to work in Vasai during Australian business hours
