Role Summary
We are hiring an
Appointment Setter / Lead Manager
for a Digital Coaching business.
The role involves
initiating conversations with leads, consistent follow-ups, basic qualification, and booking calls
on the founder's calendar.
No selling
No closing
No marketing strategy
Training and scripts will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Send
30-50 messages daily
(WhatsApp / LinkedIn / Instagram)
Follow up with leads systematically (3-5 follow-ups)
Do basic qualification (interest + ability to invest)
Book calls using Calendly
Send reminders to reduce no-shows
Maintain lead records in Google Sheets
Submit
daily end-of-day report
Qualifications
Minimum
12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
Good written and conversational English required (English + Hindi)
Comfortable using WhatsApp / LinkedIn chat
Willing to work
from office in Kashipur
Ability to follow instructions strictly
Experience
0-2 years experience
preferred
Freshers welcome if disciplined and trainable
Experience in telecalling / sales support / lead generation is a plus (not mandatory)
