Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential international clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
Qualify prospects, identify decision-makers, and schedule sales appointments.
Manage and update CRM systems with accurate lead and prospect information.
Follow up consistently to nurture leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for appointments and qualified leads.
Research international markets to identify new business opportunities in IT services and related domains.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales support for
international markets
.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to build relationships across diverse cultures.
Hands-on experience with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
Ability to work in
US, UK, EMEA, or APAC time zones
.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Preferred / Added Advantage:
Prior experience in
IT Services, SaaS, or Technology Solutions
sales environment.
Understanding of IT outsourcing, cloud solutions, or managed services.
Familiarity with B2B international sales cycles and enterprise-level decision-making.
