We are looking for motivated and skilled Appointment Setters to join the sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact potential clients, introduce our products/services, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
The rate for this role is 6 USD / hour.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and the ability to effectively engage prospects.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to initiate conversations and establish rapport.
Clearly and persuasively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and assessing their potential as clients.
Schedule appointments for our sales representatives based on lead availability and salesperson schedules.
Enter accurate and detailed information about leads and appointments into the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication to keep them engaged.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary information about scheduled appointments.
Maintain a record of daily call activities, including calls made and appointments scheduled.
Stay updated on product/service knowledge and industry trends to address prospect inquiries effectively
