Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Appointment Scheduler located in Greater Kolkata Area. The Appointment Scheduler will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, following-up with clients, and providing excellent customer service while supporting a sales team and communicating with clients.

Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills Excellent communication skills Sales skills Experience in appointment scheduling Organizational and multitasking skills Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, email, and other tasks Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred

Pay: ?10,325.63 - ?12,000.00 per month
