Outbound Call Execution: Conduct targeted outbound calls to US-based prospects with the objective of setting qualified appointments for the sales team, utilizing strategic communication techniques to engage decision-makers.
Effective Communication: Employ excellent verbal and written communication skills to pitch solutions, address prospect queries, and guide conversations toward the goal of securing appointments.
CRM Management: Efficiently manage leads within the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups, updates, and accurate record-keeping of all interactions with prospects.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to continuously refine appointment-setting strategies and ensure alignment with overarching business goals.
Campaign Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of campaign objectives, target audiences, and the solutions being offered to ensure effective prospect engagement and conversion.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets, demonstrating high productivity and results-driven performance.
