Job Description

We are looking for an

Applied Mathematics teacher

who has experience in teaching

Senior Secondary grades.

The Applied Mathematics Teacher will be responsible for teaching senior secondary students

advanced mathematical concepts and their practical applications

in various fields such as economics, business, social sciences, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver

lessons in Applied Mathematics

according to the curriculum (CBSE). Integrate

real-life applications

and interdisciplinary connections into lessons to make learning meaningful. Design and administer

assessments, projects, and assignments

to evaluate student performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree

in Mathematics / Applied Mathematics or a related discipline.

B.Ed.

(Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory for CBSE schools). Minimum

3-5 years of teaching experience

at the senior secondary level. Familiarity with

Applied Mathematics curriculum (CBSE )

or equivalent. Proficiency in using

educational technology

and mathematical software tools.

kills & Competencies:

Strong conceptual understanding of

Applied Mathematics topics

(e.g., Linear Programming, Probability, Calculus, Financial Mathematics, Matrices, and Optimization). Excellent

communication, analytical, and classroom management skills

. Ability to connect mathematics with

real-world applications

and student interests. Passion for teaching and continuous professional learning.
