Regular Follow ups & client contact: Ensuring proper follow up and tracking the client responses in the tracker and updating the concerned team members in a timely manner. To participate in all relevant Client calls. Making follow up calls for assessing business opportunity and training needs.

Understanding of different sectors: Should have some understanding of different sectors in the industry including little bit knowledge of Public/Private sector.

Qualification and Experience

Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
1 to 6 years of experience in Client Interactions (Cold Calls & Emails)
Experience in developing client rapport by understating their challenges/issues
Demonstrated Track record in meeting and exceeding targets consistently
Experience in Corporate Communications & L&D is a plus
Experience of Project Management is a plus
Education: Any Graduate
