Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Java Developer with 6-10 years of experience to join our dynamic product engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade applications in HCM (Human Capital Management) modules. Work closely with industry-leading engineers and architects to build scalable, secure, and performant solutions. Contribute to the design and development of AI agents and AI-driven workflows within enterprise applications. Build and maintain SaaS-based modules with a strong emphasis on scalability, multi-tenancy, and high availability. Participate in end-to-end product development, focusing on robust architecture, clean coding practices, and product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, QA, UX, and DevOps. Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long-term solutions to enhance application reliability.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices. Solid understanding of data structures, object-oriented principles, and design patterns. Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile product development environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience working on product development with a focus on scalability and performance optimization. Knowledge of HCM domain or enterprise business modules. Exposure to AI/ML concepts or integration of AI agents in applications is a plus Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks is a plus.
