As a part of the Oracle CX Cloud Platform team, you would be building platform capabilities that would provide the foundation for the next generation CX applications.


You would get to work on interesting technologies and solutions ranging from Mircroservices, AI Agents, Streaming solutions, Workflow Tool Kits, Process Automation, Suggestion frameworks and other SDKs.

As a Senior Principal Applications Engineer, you get to

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field


12+ years previous development experience


Solid understanding of Data Structures and Programming language principles


Proficiency in Java, SQL and REST based API development


Experience building AI Agents


Good understanding of CI-CD


Good understanding of relational databases


Attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills


Strong verbal/written communication and data p



As a member of the software engineering division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Create new architecture for a moderate size product or a portion of a major product. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.
