We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager In this role, you will: Proven experience on IT service delivery, programproject management including working on demise programs Hands on experience of designing complex and multi-tier applications Experience in planning & managing the sequencing of work, dependencies, communications, and accommodatemanage interdependencies between teams, ensuring that plans from individual teams are viable, fully owned and executed effectively both at program/project level Take end to end delivery ownership of key change the bank program that involves various systems built on diverse technology stack Experience in working with Front office, Back Office, Finance & Risk functions for Rates derivative products Actively contribute on improvement and stability of platform Provide expertise in automation of tools, processes, innovation, and improvement in ICE score Help application owners simplify platforms and remove technical debts Build healthy rapport with different IT and business stakeholders associated with the platform Develop the team with a long-term perspective and diverse technology stack in mind Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Experience in development, application & infrastructure management Thorough knowledge and system design and architecture Expertise in tooling, automation, and innovation Leadership qualities to manage a team and demanding Front to Back stakeholders Adept at handling multitasking work in challenging circumstances Experience in interacting with senior ITbusiness stakeholders such as global heads of businesses along with strong influencing skills and experience in coordinating various issuesenhancements across multiple teams Demonstrable experience in planning & managing the sequencing of work, dependencies, communications, and accommodatemanage interdependencies between teams, ensuring that plans from individual teams are viable, fully owned and executed effectively both at applicationprogramproject level Ability to collaborate with and successfully influence individuals with a wide variety of subject matter expertise and technical ability Demonstrable ability to pro-actively identify issues, generate a plan to resolve them, and ensure that this plan is successfully executed Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Experience in working in a heavily matrix organization Strong functional knowledge of end to end trade lifecycle of Rates Derivative products You\'ll achieve more when you join HSBC. www.hsbc.com/careers HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
