Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves acting as the ongoing interface between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. Your role will require exceptional communication skills to define client issues accurately and design effective resolutions based on your deep product knowledge. You will be dedicated to maintaining high-quality service and support, ensuring that client satisfaction remains a top priority throughout your daily interactions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by clients. - Document and track client interactions and resolutions to ensure continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration. - Strong understanding of system administration and configuration management. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving operating system issues. - Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks. - Knowledge of network protocols and services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
