Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, addressing any issues they encounter, and ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to provide support and solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members on technical issues. Network & Infrastructure Integration o Collaborate with network teams to ensure LAN/WAN readiness for VoIP deployments o Perform Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs) for telephony endpoints o Use tools like Wireshark for packet analysis and troubleshooting Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Enterprise Network Operations, Network Operations & Service Management. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
